As founder of Alfa Tech, Jeff Fini has over 25 years of experience in the engineering design, development, and execution of projects totaling over $13 billion worldwide. Maintaining relationships with clients and personal involvement in projects has resulted in highly successful projects for ATCE’s clients, evidenced by the company’s number of repeat clients.

As a President of Design, Mr. Chadwick brings expertise in project management, consulting engineering and construction administration to the projects leads. The breadth of his experience in a wide-ranging variety of projects has provided exposure to a myriad of challenges which has successfully met by delivering creative and efficient solutions.

As VP of Design, Mr. Davallou offers more than 29 years of experience in the design of mechanical systems for state and county juvenile, adult detention, educational, healthcare, commercial and industrial facilities. His expertise includes the design of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, water treatment and process piping systems.

Mr. Zare has managed the design and construction administration of a broad range of mechanical engineering, plumbing, and fire protection projects, with special expertise in the educational market. His project experience includes site infrastructure, utilities, and a myriad of new construction, renovation, upgrade and remodel projects.

As a Principal of the firm, Mr. Cox applies his management and engineering design expertise to assuring that projects are effectively staffed and scheduled to meet the needs of the client. His experience includes studies and designs of mechanical systems for a variety of both new and retrofit projects, including high-tech, educational and commercial facilities.

Mr. Chokshi has 33 years of experience in the design of major HVAC systems. As much of his experience is in fast-track design/build, he works closely with architects and contractors to ensure an efficient, cost effective solution. Additionally he is an expert in energy efficient design and specializes in post-occupancy commissioning.

Mr. Gonzalez is our Lead Electrical designer in San Francisco and has over 30 years of design and construction management experience. He has been responsible for the overall design of electrical systems of major projects from conceptual design to delivery for a myriad of facility types.

Mr. Fisher is experienced in the design and construction of educational, sports, commercial offices, apartments, hotels, parking garages, and a wide variety of other building types. In addition to engineering design, he is well versed in the preparation of programming and master plans, feasibility studies, building evaluations, and coordination studies.
