This tenant improvement project included the expansion and relocation of what was formerly known as PDL BioPharma corporate headquarters. Project scope included offices, a new data center, laboratory facilities, and vivarium (animal care facility). A pilot plant (cell culture and purification) was built on the first floor along with new laboratory facilities, offices, and service yard.
