AlfaTech provided MEP services for the design of the new Torrance facility which consisted of 135,000 SF of warehouse space with a cross dock for short term shipments. In addition to the warehouse space were two separate office spaces totaling approx. 25,000 SF which included corporate board rooms, call centers, private offices, training rooms, truckers break rooms/ showering facilities/ locker rooms, logistics coordination hubs, etc. Our services included dry utilities, HVAC design, lighting and electrical power distribution design, plumbing design and fire protection.
