Goop is a natural health company owned by actress Gwyneth Paltrow. AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and technology design services at the new Santa Monica Gateway Development.
The project consists of executive offices, meeting rooms, open office space, hot yoga studio, (2) Full test kitchens, cosmetics laboratory, photo studio, R&D lab space (fume hoods, autoclaves, lab gas), QA space, showroom, Fashion area (Clothing rails, mock-up, seamstress), media walls, staff cafeteria, podcast studio, Edit Bays, IDF and main Server room. The program required extensive upgrades to the core and shell infrastructure to support the lab and kitchen requirements.
