AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for this 7-story, 77,000 SF tenant build-out in West Hollywood. The project was comprised of an all-hands common area/town square that can host company-wide events, a café on floor two with work area for employees, IT help desk area on floor four, focus space/reading room on floor six, creative office space, executive lounges, conference and meeting rooms, IDF and server rooms.
