Owner's Advocate - ATCE efficiently coordinates and manages the work and serves as the Owner's advisor. This solution allows the client to maintain full control through direct issuance of PO's to all contractors and consultants.

Staff Augmentation - ATCE is contracted as an employee to provide PM/CM services to the client.

Turnkey "Full Responsibility" - ATCE provides a one-source solution with a guaranteed project budget and schedule. This approach allows the client to remain involved at a level that best meets their needs, but ATCE has full responsibility for project coordination and financial control.
