AlfaTech spearheaded the MEP engineering design for the MLK Wellness Center, a groundbreaking two-story Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) medical office building spanning approximately 52,000 square feet. This innovative facility serves as a beacon of health and well-being, offering a comprehensive range of services to the community.

The MLK Wellness Center houses a primary care clinic, dental services, behavioral health facilities, and provider offices on the first floor. The second floor is dedicated to an outpatient ambulatory surgery center, equipped with state-of-the-art operating rooms, pre-op/PACU areas, and a sterile processing department.

Designed to accommodate future expansion and service offerings, the facility includes unfinished shell space on both floors, poised to accommodate vital services such as dialysis, infusion, imaging, and pharmacy, enhancing its versatility and adaptability.
