This campus program included the Newark Center for Health and Sciences which is comprised of two wings, one for technology and one for health sciences, surrounding a shared green space with access to the bookstore, cafe, administration offices, and lecture hall. This institution was the first LEED Platinum facility of its kind in the US.

Systems include a large geothermal system, a 450kV photovoltaic system, enthalpy wheel heat recovery system, and high efficiency plumbing fixtures. The systems will help to save more than $2.6M in operating expenses over the next 25 years.
