This extensive change-use project is a retrofit of the original Levi Strauss building, built in 1908, that transformed it from a factory into a bustling K-8 school. This 3-story structure includes a cafeteria, classrooms, admin spaces, a library, a gym, and a theater.

Sustainable features include four thermal towers and a radiant heating system, both controlled by a BMS.Use of natural resources and passive systems resulted in 17.3% greater performance than the Title 24 baseline.
