AlfaTech provided comprehensive MEP engineering design services for Antelope Valley College’s new two-story, 62,000 SF Student Services Center. This vital campus facility serves as a central hub for student support and engagement, housing key functions such as enrollment, counseling, financial aid, health services, and veteran services. Designed around a central courtyard, the building emphasizes indoor/outdoor connections that create a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.
Additional amenities include Student Equity Programs, a vibrant Student Activities area, food services, a student lounge, multiple meeting spaces, the College Store, and mail/copy services. The facility consolidates a wide array of student resources into one cohesive and easily accessible destination, streamlining services and enhancing the student experience
