Description

AlfaTech provided full project management and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology design services for this greenfield data center project. The data center totaled 170,000 SF with a 40,000 SF support space. The project encompasses a total power capacity of 25MW, with 18MW designated as critical power. It features parallel path designs for a 5,000-ton chilled water plant utilizing pre-packaged modular chiller plant technology. The data center incorporates a full air side economizer air handling solution and an alternative, proprietary, refrigerant-based cooling system.
