Goop's new headquarters is located within the vibrant Santa Monica Gateway Development and embodies a commitment to natural health and holistic wellness. Spanning an impressive 80,000 square feet, this transformative project marks a significant milestone for the renowned health company owned by actress Gwyneth Paltrow. AlfaTech spearheaded the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology design services, facilitating the seamless realization of Goop's vision for its flagship headquarters.
AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and technology (low voltage, audio-visual and security) design services for the tenant improvement project for Goop's headquarters which encompasses diverse spaces tailored to support the company's multifaceted operations. From executive offices and meeting rooms to open office spaces and specialized facilities such as a hot yoga studio and two full test kitchens, every aspect of the 55,000-square-foot headquarters is meticulously designed to foster creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Including essential amenities such as a cosmetics laboratory, photo studio, R&D lab space, QA facilities, showroom, and staff cafeteria underscores the comprehensive nature of the project. Furthermore, extensive upgrades to the core and shell infrastructure were undertaken to meet the unique requirements of laboratory and kitchen spaces, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
