Description
AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design for the 76,000 SF, four-story tenant improvement for Technicolor Creative Studios, occupying Levels 2 through 4 of an existing building in Culver City. The structure is situated above a below-grade parking garage, requiring careful coordination across all systems.
The project brings together a dense and diverse mix of program elements, including creative office space, editorial and engineering areas, finish and color bays, QA/QC rooms, screening rooms, and projection spaces. Supporting functions include private offices, shared artist work areas, project suites, production and sales offices, as well as conference rooms, breakout spaces, and multiple pantry and dining areas.
