Highlights
-
Building SC-09, a 30,861 SF, single-story high-bay testing facility. This facility is designed to support hardware testing and includes an anechoic chamber, parking areas, heavy equipment such as shaker tables and tilt tables, and a high-bay space for mechanical lifts. As part of the project, AlfaTech retrofitted the building's lighting system with a state-of-the-art granular lighting control system. This system utilizes individual sensors to monitor occupancy, daylight levels, temperature, and energy consumption on a fixture-by-fixture basis, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and functionality. The LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services further supported the building’s performance, ensuring sustainability and operational excellence.

Building SC-10
Building SC-10 is a separate three-story office building with a total area of 115,877 GSF (109,881 USF), designed to support a flexible, mobile work style and accommodate a variety of office and R&D spaces. The building includes offices, break rooms, copy rooms, conference facilities, and a 5,000 SF electronics lab on the ground floor. The office design prioritizes flexibility to meet the needs of a multigenerational workforce, with approximately 70% of employees working in open workspaces that feature abundant natural light and campus views. The remaining 30% have private offices with frosted glass-facing walls. Break rooms are strategically placed on each floor, while the ground floor houses the electronics lab. AlfaTech also upgraded the building’s lighting system by installing a granular lighting control system that optimizes energy consumption. The system uses individual sensors to monitor occupancy, daylight levels, temperature, and energy consumption, enhancing both sustainability and operational efficiency.
